Lottery Calendar FAQ
Here are a few Frequently Asked Questions about the Lottery Calendar Fundraiser:
What do I do with the money I collect from the sale of the enclosed calendars?
You put it back in your pocket! Each registration includes the cost of 5 lottery calendars. When you collect donation the $10 donation per calendar, the money remains yours to help offset the registration fee you paid. Or you can fill out the slips for yourself and return them for a chance to win!
Can I sell more than 5 calendars?
Absolutely! In fact, we hope that you will. The more lottery calendars our football club sells will have a direct impact on registration costs in future years. In addition, selling all the calendars guarantees a winner every night!
Who can I sell the calendars to?
Anyone over 18 who can receive a check in the mail!! Relatives, friends, neighbors, co-workers, friends from out of state. Anyone! You do not need to be a resident of Pennsylvania, or even follow the PA Lottery to make a donation and receive a calendar. We will keep track of the winning numbers and automatically mail a check to the winner at the address completed on the slip in a timely manner.
I can definitely sell more than 5 calendars! Who do I contact to get additional calendars?
Email us at cwlsfafundraising@gmail.com, including the number of additional calendars you would like. We will make arrangements to get the calendars to you.
How do I return the completed slips to the Little Scouts?
You can mail them to the club at Conrad Weiser Little Scouts, P.O. Box 55, Robesonia, PA 19551. If you sell calendars above your 5 initial calendars, the information slip must be accompanied by the donation in order to be deemed valid.
